Anne Miller created her delicate watercolors in a small studio aboard her home; a sailboat on which she cruised the Caribbean with her family. Traveling through the islands Anne found inspiration in all of the different aspects of the local lifestyles. She especially loves thet raditional architecture, markets, and boats that vary from island to island. Anne’s appreciation and sensitive interpretation of the diverse features of the life in the Caribbean have won her the affection of many of the islanders she paints. One of her greatest pleasures is to be told by islanders how much they enjoy her paintings and appreciate her efforts to capture the many features of a way of life that is passing as the islands become more and more developed. Her paintings of island people, gingerbread houses, colorful markets and fishing boats, have an emotional appeal that has led locals as well as visitors to become Anne Miller collectors. “CLICK" IMAGES TO ENLARGE
